Xiegu G90 Replacement Rails

The Xiegu G90 comes with metal rails for the rear and front to protect its connectors, buttons, and knobs. These heavy duty replacement rails make the Xiegu G90 easier to handle, gentler on a backpack, and more durable. These rails extensively field tested in extreme outdoor conditions (109°F heat, freezing weather, bangs, bumps, falls, etc.). Ideal durability comes from using a high infill percentage, e.g., > 80%, and using PETG filament, which will make the print resistant to sun, heat, and weather. Rails printed on my Ender 3 have held up extremely well to multiple trips in a backpack to deserts and mountains.
