Magnetically actuated universal paddle shifters for simracing. 

M3 by 10mm pitch mounting holes

WHAT'S NEEDED:

  • 12x3mm or 12x5mm N45/ N52 neodymium magnets - 4pcs 
  • 9.5mm pitch standard microswitch  OMRON D2SW Recommended - 2pcs
  •  M3x8mm hex head countersunk screws/ Needed to keep the hinge in place - 4pcs  
  • 5x20mm M3 threaded standoff to use as an hinge - 2pcs
  • M3 aluminium countersunk washer/ finishing touch for the hinge screws - 4pcs 
  • M3x12mm hex head cap screws/ Needed to fix the paddles to the arm of the shifter - 4pcs
  • M3 nylock nut/ To use with M3x12mm cap screws for the paddles - 4pcs
  • M2 screws and nuts to fix the microswitch in place - 4pcs each
  • M3 screws, nuts and washers selection of your choice to mount the shifter to your steering wheel or button box -4pcs each
  • Wire, solder and connectors for the microswitch according to your needs.

PRINTER SETTINGS:

  • PLA or PETG
  • 0,4 Nozzle
  • 0,1mm or 0,2mm layer
  • 80 to 100% infill

No finish needed. Wet sand with 320 grit sandpaper, prime and paint if desired You can print the paddles or have them made in 3 or 4mm thick carbon fiber.  Carbon Fiber Cutting Service Ask for .DXF files if needed
