Description

This is a 3Dprinted rack mounted storage pin for your Olympic weight plate, so far I have tested this design to 300LB on a single pin. It is designed for a m16 bolt or 5/8 bolt, the threads are not printed and this is on purpose, for the best strength I recommend using the bolt to cut its own threads, that turns the inside of the print into the same thing as a massive nylon nut, or do what I do and run a tap 75% of the way through then finish with the bolt.

For more info on this please see the video Here

If you want these printed for you because of the high requirements on a 3D printer stop by my Etsy Shop here

3D printing settings

DO Not print this in anything smaller than a .8mm nozzle it will be weak, the one pictured is printed with a 1mm, also print in ABS or HIPS not PLA, PLA will collapse over time.

My girlfriend and I have been doing sports for a long time and therefore we have a lot of devices for support, so as not to damage our bodies. For example, we recently started doing strength training and my girlfriend needed lifting straps, and I found <a href="https://www.versagripps.com/products/fitpro">Versa Gripps for women</a> . I bought weightlifting grips for myself there and they lasted a long time and did not break.
