Singer S0105 Overlocker Spool Pin Upgrade

Hola a todos, les traigo una mejora para la remalladora SINGER S0105. Esta mejora es para que se puedan usar carretes de hilo grandes de hasta 10cm de diametro cada uno.

Esta mejora consta de modelos los cuales se deben imprimir de esta manera:

• 1 unidad de Alargador de Remalladora Singer S0105_1.STL
• 1 unidad de Alargador de Remalladora Singer S0105_2.STL
• 4 unidades de Cubre tornillos.STL

Para el armado se necesita comprar lo siguiente:

• 2 tornillos M3x50mm
• 2 tuercas M3
• 4 tornillos M4x60mm
• 4 tuercas M4
• 4 varillas de metal de 3mm de diametro x 200mm

-Las dos primeras piezas se unen como se ve en las fotos mediante 2 tornillos M3. -Para los soportes donde van los carretes se usaran los 4 tornillos M4x60 con sus tuercas M4. -Una vez insertados los tornillos M4, se insertaran a presión los 4 Cubre tornillos.STL. -En cada uno de los agujeros laterales se insertaran un varilla de refuerzo de metal para ayudar a que con el peso no se flexione el soporte con el tiempo. Esto es OPCIONAL .

Se usarán los mismos tornillos del soporte metalico de los hilos para colocarlo en su respectivo agujero y tambien el tornillo que sujeta el soporte completo a la maquina SINGER.

Hello everyone, I bring you an improvement for the SINGER S0105 overlocker. This improvement is so that large spools of thread up to 10cm in diameter each can be used.

• 4 metal rods of 3mm diameter x 200mm

-The first two pieces are joined as seen in the photos using two M3 screws. -For the supports where the spools go, the four M4x60 screws with their M4 nuts will be used. -Once the M4 screws have been inserted, the four Screw Covers.STL will be inserted by pressure. -In each of the side holes a metal reinforcement rod will be inserted to help prevent the support from flexing over time under the weight. This is OPTIONAL.

The same screws from the metal thread support will be used to place it in its respective hole and also the screw that holds the entire support to the SINGER machine.
