Print 100% solid (really it's not that much material and you want it strong).
You need support for the inset, this inset is for an E-clip used to hold the 1/4-20 screw in place so it does not fall out. You can get the proper screws on Amazon just search for tripod screws.

I'm so glad I found this! My stepdad died and he left a Stratos 470, but without the quick release... A new one costs $21+!!! This was like finding gold!!! Under 10 cents of filament and it fit the first time!!! Only cost really is the stupid screw!
