Z endstop w/Captive Nut for MTW MiniMax printer

SummaryThis is a remix of the Maker's Tool Works Z endstop screw for the MiniMax 3D printer. I thought it should have a captive nut to help hold the screw more firmly in place. So now it does. Just print and then use pliers to press an M3 nut into the pocket.
