SummaryThis is a working maglev train. My daughter and I developed it for a 2nd grade science fair. She got first place :) We used 1\2 by 1\4 by 3/8 Neodymium Magnets. The magnets slide into the car and the track via a channel and then lock in with the included tab at the end. We used 11 magnets in the larger track, 9 magnets in the smaller track, and 3 magnets in the car. We put a bit of lead in the bottom of the car to weigh it down a bit. We stuffed all the tracks we needed with the magnets and then glued them down together inline. Have fun and enjoy!Print SettingsRafts: NoSupports: No
