Yeahhh 91 MB? I think slicers have trouble after 50MB. You need to simplify the file. Looks like you used Zbrush. Decimation master is your friend. Even with soluble support you are going to have a hell of a time with this concept. That hair is totally unprintable, unless you make the print large and maybe print the head upside down, or just surround it entirely with soluble support and not very many people run dual extruders.
not really 3dprinting friendly....
