Description

My first Raspberry Pi Zero case. Support the new version that comes with a camera port. It can be printed in one piece and no assembly is required. This is a low profile version. Which means it will only hold the PI Zero itself without any jumper and HAT on it. I'll publish more version later. So do follow this creation if you need bigger versions that can hold the GPIO jumpers, camera or even HAT.

very nice design, but completely unusable as the 2 halves are fused together. :(

Printed perfectly. Excellent job. Liked it so much had to print a 2nd one for my other pi zero as I didn't like it's case near as much. 0.4mm extruder using cura's "normal quality setting of 1mm".

I printed this and it looked good but the two pieces fused together. How do I avoid this?

Hi, first try rotate the cover along the hinge slower. It may get stick together at first but you should be able separate them without breaking it. If the 2 pieces get fused together at the hinge. You may need to re-print it with a better printing resolution. I'll suggest a setting with 0.4 mm nozzle opening or even less. Hope this help.
