A standard 52mm skate wheel, you definitely want a flexible TPU but not ninja flex. something stiffer. I used .25mm layer height, 10 perimiter, and 50% infill. but in retrospect i would have done 70% or even 100%.

my bad for the late reply, but i would use a very hard tpu/tpe or taulman 910 nylon.
