Ghosts mobile deco

This is a mobile decoration for the bicicle wheels to make funny rides with those dancing ghosts. The center is fixed while the feet can spin, doing a mad dance while the wheel spins.

It fixes on the wheel spokes with flanges. You can glue a pair of plastic eyes (from any craft shop) to finish it .
