How to convert this file to Gcode and put it on the sd card ?

We've tried this print a couple times on our Ultimaker 2+ and it's missing a chunk at the base of the neck. Examining it in Cura, the missing chunk is missing in the slice preview. In xray view, there's a couple red (flagged) surfaces in the neck, but they're not in the same spot as our error. Suggestions?
