Description

Summary This is a 3D model of the western span of the San Francisco Bay Bridge I designed in OpenSCAD to be 3D printed. All of the smaller features such as the cabling and cross-beam supports have been made so as to be substantial enough to be picked up when sliced for printing (My early efforts had the smaller details simply disappear when sliced). Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Kossel Mini Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: .4mm Infill: 100% Notes: Unless your printer is -very- finely tuned, you will need to print with supports. I printed the model using a .3mm

It is a bad design at first I thought it was my printer however upon conclusion it is not. The printing for the bases is uneven instead of printing both circular and square base it does the square then circular making a mess on my Prints
