Comparing Ice Age Mammals

This lesson includes 3D models of the teeth from four different animals that lived in Indiana during the last Ice Age, approximately 20,000 years ago. These models allow for hands-on evaluation of rare fossils and teaches about the diet and life habits of the animals, as they would have lived long ago.
