Description

Summary Re-designed the whole clip, I did print the original one but was a bit too thick. Sony Belt Clip A.stl Sony Belt Clip B.stl The new design is closer to the original and has a clip. The clip's hole is for 1.75mm filament that you can use, the only thing extra you need is a small spring to get the clip to have tension. I used an old hair clip from my wife and took the spring, then used it for my new walkman clip. No supports needed or rafts. I do not have the screw for it but made the screw hole, this helps it clip to the walkman nicely. I believe this fits other walkman models, but cant test as I only have this, but while Googling i found that the following walkman might work. Sony WM-F15 Sony WM-F65 Let me know if it fits any other. Cheers Print Settings Printer Brand: MakerBot Printer: MakerBot Replicator 2 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .02 Infill: 10% and above Post-Printing You need an extra spring I got the spring from an old hair clip. Place it in the between the holder and clip, insert a 1.75mm filament and melt the ends a little to keep it in place. Add a small screw (Sorry don't know the size) to secure the holder. Enjoy your walkman on your belt.

What kind of material do you recommend? How did you get the dimensions of this clip - was it from photos or did you have an actual (or broken) clip to copy?
