Electrically speaking, how are you running that LED? 9V seems high even for a white LED. Is there that much resistance in the conductive ABS? Or perhaps a hidden 100 ohm resistor or so? However you designed it, it certainly appears to work, and it should last a LOT longer than a button cell light. Nice work!
