Description
Summary
Remixed from the PLA Wrist Brace.
Please note I am not a veterinarian and this thing serves only to show concept of design. Please consult your local vet if your pet is injured.
Instructions:
-Print with PLA or other low temp filament to allow for post printing thermoforming
-Print flat with strap loops on the upper surface. I did not have to use support structure.
-You can form the shape by dipping the part in boiling water for a few seconds or using a hairdryer to heat the part.
Once heated the part becomes malleable for a few seconds. I formed the shape by hand and test fitted to the shape of the cats leg. I repeated the process as necessary, dipping in only the area I wanted to shape in the boiling water.
