Description
This is the phone case I designed for the contest, it has little cutouts for where the apps will be. So if somebody is visually impaired they can slide their phone into here, and the apps will line up with each other, and once they learn which apps are located at that point, they can easily find where it is because of the cut-outs, and they will be able to select the app. The exact same thing with the home button, it will be located on the bottom with the cut-out, so no more guessing games if it is the app or not.

I do see what you mean but if a person has email like in your example how would they read it and how would they navigate the app with out seeing what is on screen?
didn't think about that in the design, just trying to get something published for the contest so I could at least have a chance. nice catch though :-)
I see what you mean, it isn't really knowing which apps is going to be in that spot on the phone, just to show them, where it would be on the screen, so you can easily tap it, and activate the app, the person with the visual issue can have somebody else show them where each apps is, and then they know if the want to open mail, then can slide their finger down all of the grooves and two to the right to open up mail. You see what I mean there?
I like the Idea but I only have one question... What could a visually impared person do on a device that relies someone being able to see?
