I used 2mm metal rods as axles, but 1,75mm filament will also work

 

Printer Settings:

thomas_chassis rotation: as modelled raft support 10% infill 0.1mm 2 shells

thomas_base rotation: standing raft support 85% infill 0.1mm 3 shells

thomas_body raft support 20% infill 0.1mm 2 shells

thomas_lamps rotation: laying on back no raft support 10% infill 0.1mm 2 shells

thomas_roof rotation: standing no raft support 10% infill 0.1mm 2 shells

thomas_ladder rotation: laying on back no raft no support N/A infill 0.1mm 2 shells

thomas_wheelwell no raft no support 20% infill 0.1mm 2 shells

thomas_wheel no raft no support 100% infill 0.1mm 2 shells

thomas_whistle no raft support 100% infill 0.1mm 2 shells
