Great design, thanks for creating this holder. I printed it last night and test fitted the components and am very happy with the result. I did change your design by filling in the screw holes and only leaving a small 2.8mm dia x 20mm deep hole so that I could use M3 self tapping screws instead of long screws with a nut. Just my personal preference. I'll upload some pictures once I have finished assembling it all.
