Description

Recently I read an awesome article about the Egyptian numbers and Math wrote by Raúl Ibáñez:

http://culturacientifica.com/2016/09/21/multiplicar-no-dificil-los-egipcios-los-campesinos-rusos/

(In spanish)

If you don't know spanish you can also read:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ancient_Egyptian_mathematics

And I also recommend this awesome video:

https://teded.herokuapp.com/lessons/a-brief-history-of-numerical-systems-alessandra-king

Reading the article I found out that the Egyptian maths were so interesting, I made some sums and multiplications and I decided to make a phisical versión of the egyptian numbers with an special box to make the sums (multiplications are more complex, and you'll need a paper)

In my opinion is a funny kit to learn some history in a history or math classroom.

Hope you like it!
