Description
This is a low-poly 1972 Datsun 240Z. Designed to be printed without supports at 0.1mm layer height if you have a solid machine with plenty of cooling. The wheels car be printed at larger layer heights. Print this at full size, otherwise the wheels may not fit properly. This is a great model. It comes out looking awesome at resolutions of 0.1mm or better. I found that printing it at 0.2 made the steps on the hood a little too pronounced. It did create a neat pattern though. I think the understated aesthetic of the low-poly style is great for this kind of thing since it is much more subtle on the mantle or desk. I printed several of these for christmas gifts, they take a day to print at full scale but it's definitely worth it.
