Polytopal fidget roller

Design consists of two wireframes of polytopes arising from certain tessellations of hyperbolic 3-space, one of them being nested inside the other one, and the outer polytope has had a few edges removed for better viewing. 

Let the inner one spin freely while describing a circular motion with your hand parallel to the ground. Which way does it roll?
