Spool Holder

This is a simple spool holder. I wanted a simple one piece holder, but have now added the top bar. The idea was to make a simple holder where you could use any pen to hold it in place. You can still use a pen by the way. I have now made a bar that can go through the top with a hole at the end in order to lock that in place. I realized that my original version could only be used upright. So I decided to add the bar in case someone wants to attach it to a wall for example. I have put plenty of holes on the base in order to mount it to any flat surface.
