Hi John, This looks incredibly cool! I recently bought both the Unicorn Hat HD and the Ubercorn Hat, and I can't wait to built one of these myself. I have secured myself a Ribba frame, so next step is to get my colleague to print the pieces you so generously shared here. Thanks!
