OK, this here is the very easy and fast to print snowflake model with spectacular refraction effect when printed with transparent materials.
The key to obtain "icy/glassy" refraction is to set number of loops to +- 60
I usually print them with transparent PLA and the number of layers is 2 or 1. That's enough and very efficient - couldn't be quicker :) Path width is about 0.4mm Layer thickness set at 0.2mm

Hi; "The key to obtain "icy/glassy" refraction is to set number of loops to +- 60". I'm unsure what you mean by setting the number of loops.
Hello, this is also called "shells" or "outlines" (refering to FDM and similar process). https://3dprintingforbeginners.com/glossary/shell-2/
