I'd say that a lot of people who work out in the gym underestimate the technique of using straps! When I first started training with them, I wasn't quite sure how to properly secure them either. Then I came across a detailed guide on how to use Versa Gripps . Using the straps helped me greatly reduce the load on my forearms and it allowed me to focus on my target muscles. After a couple weeks, I started doing more reps without feeling fatigue in my hands. I highly suggest studying the instructions and don't be afraid to try it! Good luck!
Hello everyone! I started to do deadlifts and upper deadlifts in the gym more seriously, but I can’t figure out how to use training belts or “grips” correctly. Are there any subtleties that affect efficiency? Share your tips or mistakes that are better not to repeat.
