Bubbly Ring

Hi HarleenQuinzel! You can print the ring as it is only with a SLS or DLP printer. As you can see from the picture the result is satisfactory. If you want to print it with a FDM printer the best way is to cut the model into two parts along the length, print and glue them together. In this way, the adhesion surface is increased and there is no need to use support. Usually this is the most common way to print complex-shaped rings. You can do it using the basic (free) version of the popular software NetFabb. On YouTube there are dozens of good tutorials available! To make it shine there are several methods. After properly sanded it you can use acetone vapor or a spray silicone coating. You can also paint it with bicomponent resin. I hope I have been helpful Best Regard Castomized
