One problem with the 3D printed assemblies is that of assigning them accurate tolerances. Different 3D printers are differently calibrated and therefore fitting tolerances vary for each of them and it becomes difficult for one to predict that value. But I think a clearance somewhere between 0.15-0.3 mm should work.

Very nice detailed model . Printed it with UM2 in medium quality in S3D (Legs standing without support) . For me the junctions were too tight . Maybe you can adjust it. Thanks for your work.

Hi Andreas! Thanks for telling me that. I have given some clearance at junctions of the "body.stl" and uploaded the new version. If you have got good prints of the parts then a share a snapshot if possible. Thanks.
