Simple 60mm fan bracket for RAMPS

Note: This is deprecated, see http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:166045 intead UPDATE: v2 version (pictured in gray) is slightly taller: 27mm clearance to PCB. That allows it to sit on top of thermal fuses as well. Additional parts needed: Note: Watch out for the reset button on RAMPS.
