Description
Please note that before printing this design may need supports adding. I have not added supports to allow maximum flexibility for the maker to adjust scale and orientation of this design to best suit their requirements and printer.

It is a shame, but there is a fundamental floor in this design - as the layered passes are made upwards - as the 3D printer reaches and attempts to print the hands and subsequently the arms, as there are no supports from the bottom, it is attempting to draw in mid air which of course will never work and this causes a catastrophe :( - CAN YOU PLEASE AMEND THE DESIGN SO I RE-DOWNLOAD IT? Hi Hattybums, Sorry to hear that the file was not what you expected! I never add supports to my printable files for the simple reason that it allows the maker the freedom to add supports that best suit the type of printer they are using and of course the size and orientation they choose to print it. If you don't want to add the supports yourself please contact the Pinshape staff to find out if you are eligable for a refund. Meanwhile I'll add text to my description to make it clear that makers will need to add their own supports. Best wishes, Matt
