These were designed to accompany a prisoner costume. They are each about 3.5" wide but can be expanded through your slicing program to accommodate any wrist size. They have a split in the shackles so they can be stretched slightly to fit without breaking.
They can be printed in place and have three chain links keeping them together. These shackles should be printed with supports touching the build plate only. I typically print supports at 5% density which provides enough support for the chain and the shackle links but breaks away from the main print effortlessly.
