This part is for Fords Active Grille on the Focus ST (It may work on other cars that have the same actuator). If you remove the active grilles you will get the code P05A1 since the actuator/ motor doesnt feel any resistance in 90 degrees of movement.

This part will make the active grille system think the grille is still there by limiting the actuator by 90 degrees hence removing the engine code allowing the Start/Stop feature to work again.

Use a material that is not brittle as the actuator has a bit of torque. The spline should fit in loose but once tested can be fixed in using blu tack that way it can be removed if needed.

The two pins need to be placed at the opposite side to the Plug (i will upload photos if i take my bumper off again).
