Hice esta base para la ruteadora Stanley SRR1200-B2 para poder sacar CIRCULOS desde 4" de diámetro hasta 10" de diámetro y desde 8cm hasta 25cm.

Esta base es regulable tanto en las escalas de centímetros (la escala va cada 1/2 centímetro) como en escalas de pulgadas (la escala va cada 1/2 pulgada).

Esta base esta regulada segun la broca - fresa que viene de stock en la caja de la maquina la cual tiene un diametro de 1/4" o 6.35mm.

En la base se muestran las escalas.

Armado:

Consta de 4 piezas que se necesitan imprimir en 3d, las cuales 3 de ellas pueden ser impresas en PLA, ABS, PETG o cualquier filamento duro y resistente que tengan a mano, y 1 de las piezas tiene que ser impresa en TPU.

Se necesitan 4 tornillos cabeza avellanada M4x20mm para el armado de la base a la ruteadora, 1 tornillo M4x20mm para la sujeccion de la regleta medidora el cual va a tener que limarse la cabeza para que tenga un ancho de 5mm, 1 arandela M4 y una tuerca M4 para el ajuste.

En las piezas CENTRO1.STL y CENTRO2.STL en el agujero debe de colocarse algun pin o clavo de un diametro de 3mm, el cual será el centro del circulo donde girará nuestro router.

I made this base for the Stanley SRR1200-B2 router to be able to pull CIRCLES from 4 "diameter to 10" diameter and from 8cm to 25cm.

In the parts CENTRO1.STL and CENTRO2.STL, a pin or nail with a diameter of 3mm must be placed in the hole, which will be the center of the circle where our router will rotate.

Todas las piezas menos la pieza "Presor.stl", deben de imprimirse en 2 colores, cambiando el color en la capa 3 para que asi se pueda notar la regleta como podran verla en las fotos adjuntas.
