I wanted a hook to hang the female end of my snow blower started cable, out of the wet, in a convenient place within easy reach of where I park the show blower in my garage. Thus evolved the Large hook. While I was at it I built the Small hook for my laptop power cord in my office for when the laptop is out roaming the countryside on battery power.
