Ever try to disassemble a Harbor Freight 2.5hp motor and realize the fan is really stuck and will break before it comes off? Here's a new fan, modeled in tinkercad almost identical to oem. Pink? Yes...yes it is. Original fan was two pieces keyed to shaft. This is a single piece with key built in. It is tight, so I used a 1/2 inch pvc coupler and rubber mallet to tap it into place. Go with 80 - 100% infill. I used a brim, but I don't think anything is really needed. Works like original.
