3D MODEL DESCRIPTION

Mario Kart design based off of numerous toys, with a little added flare. Now the side boxes open to store various ammo types (or a healthy lunch for the driver.)

Design utilizes 608 bearings which are not included. You can click in place metal or 3D printed bearings. I printed max tolerance bearings from thingiverse and they roll perfectly with no additional help from grease.

3D PRINTING SETTINGS

Printed cart seen here is done in multiple colors of PLA.

Faceplate and ridge on the back of engine are optional and are glue in place, all other parts are snap together (depending on tolerances)

Used standard and Dynamic settings in cura, 200/50.

Most of the bigger pieces can be printed in their natural orientation, and I used a raft and a supports for pieces with arches.

The lids to the side boxes are printed upside down.

Wheels and rims are "car facing" side down on raft, with supports for the rim for the axel cutout. Supports may not be necessary, I was just playing it safe.

Optional face plate is flat "front" facing side down, and the engine ridge I printed upright in an "L" shape.
