If you've been working with sample vials, you've probably already tipped over one or two uncapped ones, or at least had trouble transporting them. So I constructed a few simple holders with small clips. The holders need relatively a lot of material and printing time but are more robust and comfortable to use.
They are optimized for Ø 27.5mm vials. For larger or smaller diameters you have to scale the model. Downscaling is only possible to a limited extent. You have to hit your diameter exactly and I recommend printing printtest.obj first.
Print with setting suitable for your printer. Its optimized for 0,4mm line width & 0,2mm layer hight. PETG is recommended or at least nothing brittle because of the clips.
