Postecto helper is a cup that has the function of helping its user to urinate after a postectomy surgery, where the glans swelling occurs, thus preventing the patient from urinating in the bandages, or that there is a "double stream of urine". The smaller side should be placed around the circumference of the glans and the larger side facing the urinal/latrine
