Notes:
Use a tough/flexible resin for best results. I found that resin parts are quite brittle and sometimes the parts break when putting them on the AirPods (since they are an exact fit).
TPU/NinjaFlex may be a better material for this.
How I Designed This
3D-scanned my ear and used the official AirPods Pro CAD model from Apple. They fit my ears well but your results may vary of course...
