You will only have to strip a piece of cable and wrap it around the chassis. Roll it up with a pen, it's simple :) Forget about heating and step loss problems. It's super fast. Copper is much better conductor than aluminum, for example.

TO STICK THE HEATSINKS TO THE MOTORS YOU CAN USE THERMAL PASTE OR SIMPLY TIE THEM TO THE MOTORS WITH A COUPLE OF THREADS.
