Escape the Dark Castle: Complete Box Organizer

This project offers a comprehensive, 3D printable storage solution, that allows you to store the base game along with its three expansions all in the original game box. It replaces the standard plastic inserts with specially designed 3D printed components that are tailored to accommodate sleeved cards and game components.

Components

This 3D printed project includes:

- 2x ETDC_BIG_CARDS_CONTAINER.stl: These are designed to store all the large format cards from the base game and expansions. - 1x ETDC_SMALL_CARDS_CONTAINER.stl: This container holds the item cards. It's designed taller than necessary so it can be used during gameplay to hold both the deck and the discard pile. - 4x ETDC_PG_DASHBOARD.stl: These small dashboards will help you to keep track of the damage points. - 4x ETDC_DASHBOARD_DICE.stl: These are small dice to be used as markers on the character's dashboard. - 1x ETDC_BOTTOM_DICE_CONTAINER.stl: This is the lower part of the dice container, to be printed with supports for the lower overhangs to ensure optimal printing of the interlocking features. - 1x ETDC_TOP_DICE_CONTAINER.stl: This is the upper part of the dice container. It should be printed with supports for the overhang. It is designed to fit with the lower part to store the dice neatly.

All components are recommended to be printed using PLA filament with a 0.2mm layer height for optimal quality.

Instructions

1. Download the .stl files. 2. Print the components. They have been designed for optimal printing without the need for much support material. 3. After printing is done, clean the parts and make sure they fit correctly. 4. Remove all the original plastic inserts from the base game box. 5. Arrange the newly printed parts inside the game box. 6. Start inserting your game components into the respective containers. 7. Enjoy your game, now more organized and easily accessible than ever!

All the containers are dimensioned to accommodate sleeved cards, ensuring your cards are well protected.
