this is awesome. i’ll definitely print them once i finally get a 3D printer. but right now i’m broke cuz i lost all my money gambling. it all started when i found out about online casinos with Lucky Jet on https://lucky-jet-game.com.in/, and then checked out https://crazytimegame.org/ which lists sites and apps with Crazy Time. but i became a true gambling addict after trying out Andar Bahar, which i discovered here https://andarbahar.com.in/. at first it was all fun, but then i realized i’d lost way too much money. should’ve just bought the 3D printer instead...
It is no longer available on myminifactory. Has anyone else found a place where it is still avalible?

Thanks for letting me know. I'll reach out to Pinshape and find out if there is an answer to this.
Why would I purchase it here when it is half the price on Myminifactory?
Either on MMF or here I appreciate the community's support by purchasing my work. Thanks everyone!
how can i transfer the download file into a STL
If you don't have a way to unzip files, the program I use is this: https://www.7-zip.org/
Hi, was wanting to know why there are so many pawn pieces? Great work :)
Thanks for asking! I just added them for making it one less step within your slicer. Can just drag the whole set into your build volume at one time :)
Looks like all these pieces can be printed without support except the knight?
Yes that is correct. Thanks for asking!
Hello Thomas, very nice design! I was wondering how many % infill/density is the best for the good weight of a chess piece?
You might get a nicely weighted piece with 100% infill, but your print would take a very long time to finish. I'd suggest trying out a 0% infill and a thicker shell but then drilling a hole in the base and filling it with something heavy and then closing the hole back up. If you try this I'd love to hear what you end up doing. Thanks for reaching out!
Dear Thomas, I really like your chess design ( I am chess player and have not seen such an original one before) good job! I have a question - I'm going to order marble white chess queen, thinking about 80 cm high and 35 cm diameter (are these correct proportion or u suggest another ?) but before the master begins, was thinking about buying the file for 3 d printer. In this case will it be useful for me to buy the file ? Thanks :)
Thanks for reaching out! Where were you planning on buying the marble white chess pieces? As for the 3d printer files, go here to get them for free for a limited time to check them out :) https://www.myminifactory.com/object/3d-print-faceted-chess-set-66362
Hello Thomas. I stumbled across this site when i was looking for a different chess set. I really like the look of your set. I created an account and purchased the files to get the set printed, but really have no clue how to do it. So if you do not mind, I have a few questions on the process. I found a printer locally who can print the set. I see that there are 16 files. So Do I ask the printer to make two of each. How tall are the pieces, and is there a way to set the height of the pieces or are they predetermined in the files? Thank you for any help/information you can give me. Cliff
Hey Cliff, I'm really sorry I didn't reply sooner. Please let me know if you got your questions taken care of or if you would still like my assistance :) I also really appreciate your support by purchasing my files!!!
Hello Thomas.
Thomas, can you tell me how big these pieces are? Sorry if I am missing the specs or something. This is my first visit to pinshape, and my first 3d print job.
Hi Dan. I'm sorry for the delay in my response. You can scale these pieces to whatever size works best for you and your printer. For reference, I believe the King piece is about 96mm tall. Please let me know if you have any other questions or feedback. Thanks!
it sgud
Aldnoah Zero chess pieces?? pretty cool
Thanks!
I think it would work better if the pieces were arranged in three rows instead of two long rows. I'd be able to scale the pieces larger that way if I wanted. Love the design btw :)
That's a great idea! Thanks Victoria. I'll update this file asap :)
I split the pieces up into their own files, so they can be arranged on the build plate as the Maker desires.
I also flattened off the bottom for better FDM printing :)
Let me know how this update works for everyone!
Thanks again for the feedback.

Does the arrangement of the pieces in the file work well for streaming on Pinshape? What can I update to make it work better for you guys and gals?
