Everyone’s favourite Clone Captain Rex! This helmet has been designed from scratch to be as accurate as possible, blending our Clone Trooper Phase 1 and Phase 2 Helmet designs with Rex’s iconic weld marks. In real life this helmet would be impossible to put on your head. It is a one piece model bar the accessories. We widened the bottom hole whilst retaining the neck line so that the helmet can be put on and taken off without removing entire sections like alternative models.

Although Rex never appeared in any Live Action version prior to Ahsoka, this is based on the Revenge of the Sith shaped helmets.

We have also updated the model so that you have the option to make ‘Old Man Rex’s’ helmet without the range finder or his earlier clone wars helmet with range finder. Our new rangefinder design means - just drill a hole in the ear and use a real M4 nut and bolt.

The Nose grill is cut out allowing for real wire mesh to be added.
