This is a simple solution to cover up those ugly radiator pipe brackets commonly found in many old apartments. You can simply snap the covers over the pipe clamps. In most cases, that’s all you need to do.
However, if there are two clamps side by side at different heights, you can compensate for this by inserting the included C-ring. Before printing, you should measure the offset and then scale only the height of the C-ring according to your needs, or just stack several thin ones.
You should also measure the diameter of your pipe and clamp before printing and scale the design if necessary. The cover has a slightly asymmetric opening so that the typical clamp screw can stick out. This should work for most clamps similar to those shown in the photos.
DIMENSIONS / SPECS
- Cover outside: cover hight= 34 mm // cover diameter= 40 mm
- Cover inside: clamp hight= 30 mm // clamp diameter= 37 mm
- Pipe diameter: 22 mm
PRINTING NOTES
- 3mf file was created in Bambu Studio, its compatible with most slicers
- 100% infill recommended because of thin wall thickness
- PLA Filament should be fine, but might deform a bit due to heat.
