A Mangalor from 'The 5th Element', designed in Sculptris, and printed on an UpBox with 50% infill and supports (mainly for the ears) best finish for all the detail would be the ideal( on the UpBox it was done on 'Fine'). Re-size for your choice of printer etc.
One of my favorite characters from a classic film, just had to have a go.
unfortunately when cleaning the supports I broke the ends of the ears, DOH!
Just added ears as extra just in case you have problems, just cut to fit and glue in place
