Instructions I made one on a Flashforge Creator X using PLA and Dual Extrusion. I made it to print face down so the good side is against my heated glass bed at 50C. Some Makerbots don't have a heated bed not sure how that will work out. My PLA was pretty good about 185-190C but dual extrusion leaks so your filament may require something else. STL provide for other printers.
