Summary
My son brought me a cheap battery powered clock that was missing its case. He asked if I would make him a case. Being new to sketchup, I thought I'd give it a try. It really should have rounded corners but it works as is, a perfect fit. The sketchup file is posted in case you want to modify the "design."
