Gort the Defender
Free
Summary I've a childhood friend I've known since kindergarten whose boy is about to turn 3. We have a full sized Gort that resides in a doughnut shop in town (Rocket Donuts...the best). He thinks Gort is a knight, his favorite knight. So, I plopped a sword and shield in the hands of i3Dnaked's 1950's Space Robot. I went a little viking style with the shield. I made the sword so it pops out of his hand because giving my old friend the option of taking away a tiny plastic pokey sword from her 3 year old seemed like a good idea. Thanks to i3Dnaked for posting something so Gort-like! Instructions First time using MakerWare (It's great by the way). I used the medium setting which, I believe, is .2 layer height, 2 Shells and 10% infill. It was printed on a replicator using ABS.
