The WMRT handpiece has an internal magnetic switch that switches off the power to the tweezers when they're in the stand to conserve tip life; that's why there's a magnet in the stand.InstructionsThe part in the photo was printed on an Up at 0.25mm layer height, before I'd added recesses for the rubber feet. Should look nicer now with the recesses. The magnet recess is designed to hold a 12.5mm magnet by snug friction fit. It doesn't have to be a rare earth magnet, a cheap ceramic will do.
